Alete Homes was a great choice for a builder. Glenn and Kim were very easy to contact and we communicated frequently throughout the build period. Also, the house did not take long to build. Additionally, pricing was decided quite satisfactorily and there were no nasty surprises. Ultimately, I was very satisfied with the outcome and would recommend using Alete Homes to anyone looking to build.

There were no hidden or extra charges snuck in, and everything was done from the drive way to the curtains and letter box.
